High temps won't last through the weekend

Valley temperatures, which have been hovering above normal, should drop by the weekend to the mid-70s.

A high pressure system has kept temperatures in the mid-80s and that will continue through the workweek. Monday should reach 84 degrees.

But by Sunday, temperatures should reach 76 degrees, which is closer to normal for this time of year. November temperatures historically average the low to mid 70s.

Night time lows should stay in the low 50s, with a possible 49 degrees on Thursday.
